After working as a Creative Director & Graphic Designer I now devote my time to art, photography, exploring regional Victoria, plus buying and selling collectibles.
I love my leisure time doing fun, stimulating or relaxing things. I am creative to the bone and like interacting with other artistic and adventurous souls. I love being active both mentally and physically. I love cooking too so happy to cook and share meals but that is not essential. I'm a good conversationalist, and a good listener too.
I’m not an ageist nor do I care about someone’s nationality, religious or political beliefs, or sexual orientation?
I want a person who is inclusive rather than reclusive and can contribute to the vibe of the house? You're not just renting a room but looking for someone that will make this their home too.
It’ll suit someone with few belongings. A bed is all you’ll need and your clothes and other personal effects.
The townhouse is so well located and a hop skip and a jump from Ballarat CBD. Handy too if you need to commute by train as the station is just a 10 min walk.
