Myself (F25) and my housemate (F28) are looking for someone to move into a room that is becoming available on/after 18/03/2024:
We are clean and respectful people and are looking for someone who shares these values to keep a happy house.😊
I work and my housemate is currently studying their fourth year in psychology.
We don’t mind a cheeky beverage every now and then with friends.
We have a dog, so no pets.
We would prefer to meet you before proceeding further in the application process.
The property has a split heating and evaporative cooling system throughout the house.
We’re located not far from Lucas’s Coltman’s Plaza that has shops and a pharmacy.
On street parking in front of the property in the service lane.
Two living areas inside the home and a sizeable back yard.
