Description of the home

The spare 2 bedrooms are joined so you would get both, you could use one as your own private lounge or a study or anything you wanted!

There is 3 bedrooms in total and 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower, vanity and a corner spa (yes and it works!). The toilet it in the bathroom.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and I could offer a single bed with bedding, a bedside table and some scube units if needed.

The house sits on 1000m2 so the backyard is huge!

There is a single lock up garage that I use just for storage.

Looks can be deceiving, on the outside it looks a little run down and aged but inside has been renovated where it matters the most - kitchen, bathroom and living areas. It has ducted heating throughout and a large split system in the lounge room.

Gas hot plates and electric oven. I have a 2015lt deep freezer and a big double door fridge/freezer with ice maker. I have most of the appliances you could think of, a huge leather L shaped couch with sofa bed. 55" TV, stereo, DVD player, dining table for 4, washing machine etc.

Bills and expenses

The bills would be split evenly between the housemates, there is gas, electricity, water (usage only) and eventually internet. I have pre-ordered NBN but it's not available until July 1st, if that's an issue we can hook up ADSL2 initially.
