Positioned at the end of a quiet street off Quarry Road, approx 12mins walk to Woodend station. Situated opposite a reserve. Easy to walk to supermarkets, coffee shops, brewery, SNAP fitness and local shops in Woodend. Local walking and running tracks also close by.
Renovated home, with new kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and all modern amenities. Kitchen has dishwasher, modern induction hob and ovens, large fridge etc.
Guest room with Queen bed (happy to swap out with own furniture potentially if preferred) . Guest room has its own external access also. With use of the bathroom next door (mostly dedicated as I have an ensuite) and shared use of the 3rd bed room which is currently setup as a study / second lounge area.
Large modern kitchen with butlers pantry, breakfast bar, open plan living / dining area. Large deck with BBQ and views of the generous sized garden.
Off-street parking and plenty of shared parking spaces available opposite the house.

I have a quiet and very chilled Kelpie Cross dog and am seeking a tidy, respectful flatmate. I will some of the time at my partner's place away so most likely would have the majority of weekends to yourself. Cleaning would either be shared or open to splitting cost of a cleaner if preferred.

Partner lives in Bendigo and I'll likely spend less time here while sharing, using Woodend as a weekday stay over most of the time, when working in Melbourne and the odd weekend when I need to maintain the garden or need some quiet time. That means you'd often have the place to yourself on those days.
I'm usually working in the city and often hybrid, so I'll work from home on some days. I exercise daily at a local gym and try to live healthily. Sociable and conscientious, I'm a tidy person, so you'll never have to worry about mess. I enjoy music but don't tend to play it in the house too much.
I'm a sci-fi fan, love movies and occasionally a gamer when I have time, which isn't that often!
Happy to enjoy own space and enjoy the odd sociable conversation, or a beer! Not phased by LGBTQ or a calm and friendly Kelpie.
