I’ve got 2 double-bed bedrooms available to rent in Albany Creek (4035), ideal for 2 single, employed individuals, available now.

Overview:
The 3 bedroom townhouse is in a quiet complex that has on street parking a minute walk from the property. The complex features an on-site, air conditioned small gym.
- 5 mins walk to the bus stop to the City (Bus No.359)
- 5 mins drive to Coles, Aldi, Woolworths and restaurants,
- 15 minutes to the nearest Kmart, and Bunnings.

Room and bathroom:
The rooms are upstairs and they have a built-in wardrobe that has plenty of storage, a ceiling fan and a bathroom that will be shared with 1 other flatmate.

Living room & kitchen:
Downstairs has a laundry room, where there is an extra toilet, a small courtyard for your washing, and the downstairs living space has air conditioning. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine for everyone to use.

Just a bit about Albany Creek, its a lovely, leafy suburb. Shops, restaurants, gas stations, daycares, everything is close by, and won't have to go far at all for beautiful walks, bike rides, pubs, and cafes.

You will be sharing with a 22 year old male, works full time, and is pretty chilled.

I'm looking for 2 housemates to share with him that are in their 20's, who are employed. Who are respectful, can clean up after yourself promptly, take part in household chores, and keep the townhouse tidy.
