Hi! I’m looking for a respectful, clean and cat-loving female housemate to join my home in Albany Creek. It’s a modern 4-bedroom house, but only 3 people (include you) live here in total, so the place feels calm and spacious.

You’ll be living with two other females who both work full-time, so the house stays pretty quiet most of the time. We also have two friendly indoor cats (plus one temporary sitting cat), so you’ll need to be okay with cats wandering around.

About the room

Bathroom
You’ll share a modern bathroom with only one other female. It’s clean, bright, and even has a heated light for winter.

The house
We’ve set up a really comfortable home with:
Fully equipped kitchen (gas cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine)
Laundry with washing machine + dryer
A shared study room for working or studying
A peaceful, respectful environment
The location is super convenient — only a 6-minute walk to the shopping centre, Coles, gym, cafés, supermarket and buses.

House duties
We share general house responsibilities fairly, such as:
Mowing the lawn
Changing the rubbish bins
Regular cleaning of shared spaces
Nothing intense — just everyone doing a little to keep the home nice.

Rent
$350 per week, including all bills
(Electricity, water, gas, and internet included)
Move in anytime.
