I have two rooms available to rent in my spacious 2 story home in Stafford. The property has 4 bedrooms (1 is mine, 1 is a study/office and 2 are vacant), 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, large backyard and pool.
Im looking for two female housemates (20-35) to share with.

- Walk out to a large green park on your doorstep
- Hot girl walks along Kedron Brook, situated at the end of your street
- Close proximity to many shops/restaurants. Walking distance to your local woolies, bunnings and cinemas

- I work for an energy retailer so you KNOW we are on the best cost for our bills

YOU'LL BE GREAT HERE IF:
- You are a young female looking for a new place to live
- You are clean, tidy and respectful of other people and their possession
- You want to live with people who have both shared and solo time, you want a friend in a housemate and like to have fun with those you live with
- You love dogs
- You dont mind sharing a bathroom with one other
- You have a stable job and can comfortably afford the cost of rent plus an even split of the utilities (WIFI is included in your rent)

MAYBE RECONSIDER IF:
- You dont like animals
- You have pets, I'd LOVE too but can't add any other animals sorry
- You dont like to share space and socialise with those you live with
- You are a shift worker - this isn't a deal breaker but a consideration for you, I live next door to a daycare centre which operates Mon-Fri and the kids can be create a ruckus during the day so if you are trying to sleep in late this could annoy you. This doesn't impact me when working from home but might be different if you need to get a snooze in. Note: closed and silent on weekend, sleep ins and naps are encouraged.
