5 minute walk to train, 10 minute walk to shops.
Looking for a quiet person to rent room. Furnished with bed, bedside table, shelves. Built in wardrobe. Rent includes electricity and wi fi. 5 minutes walk to Ferny Grove station. 10 minute walk to Coles, doctor, gym.
+Must be working full time (No exceptions).
+Must have good rental history and pass a rental check.
+Must be clean, tidy and respectful of others.
+Drug use will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the premises (within 1 week).
+This is not a party house.
+Smoking is strictly outdoors only (No smoking in bedrooms or rest of house)
+Rent must remain one full week in advance at all times.
