Description of the home
Location, location, location! 5 minute walk to the bus stop, 10 minute walk to Alderley train station and 15 minute uber to the CBD.
This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Alderley with heaps of natural lighting. One unfurnished room and exclusive use of main bathroom available.
We have a washing machine (in your bathroom), fridge, dishwasher, oven, and dryer for linen. And a big tv and PS5 if you're into that like me :)
Although we're on level 1, there's a pretty cool view from the rooftop.
Room easily fits a queen bed (2.8m x 2.9m) and has a built in sliding mirror wardrobe. There's a ceiling fan in the room and sliding screen door which provides direct access to the huge wrap around balcony. Aircon in the living area that can be used to cool the room in warmer months.
Negotiable on use of secure car park. Heaps of on street parking in the area.
All bills included. For transparency, the entire lease is $630 per week excluding bills.
Negotiable if you have furniture you'd like to bring. My stuff could do with an update tbh haha. Queen bed frame and beside table can be provided if needed (no mattress).
You'll be sharing with me (30F) and my two small dogs 🐶
Length of stay is negotiable. Lease until June next year. Bond is 2 weeks rent + 1 weeks rent in advance. Available after 14 June 2025.

I work full time in the city with the occasional WFH day. At the moment, that day is Wednesday.
I love sports, true crime, trashy reality TV, live music of all kinds, stand up comedy, and have been getting back into some console gaming lately. I play social basketball once a week and have some at home gym equipment that I try and... lift... a few times a week.
I'm pretty relaxed about my housemates as long as they're friendly, respectful, pay rent on time, clean up after themselves and are LGBTQ+ friendly. I'm not a huge yapper generally but once I'm comfortable with someone, I definitely enjoy the occasional life update, when our social batteries allow for it ofc 😂
Most weekends, I like to sleep in and relax at home in between catching up on life admin. Every now and then though, you'll hardly see me all weekend as I cram all my socialising for the month into 48 hours.
I rarely drink and don't smoke, but don't mind if you do. My party animal days are definitely behind me and I'd prefer a roommate who feels the same, but I totally understand that life still has to be lived every now and then!
If this sounds like a good fit for you, let's chat and arrange an inspection! Happy to answer any questions by message too :)
