The townhouse is 2 levels. 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, and 2 bathrooms (1 is an en suite) are located on the second level, and a third toilet on the ground level, as well as a court yard and attached garage, under-stairs storage, and the usual kitchen, dining, loungeroom, and laundry. The two bedrooms are 3.3 x 2.9 meters plus 0.5 x 2.4 x 1.9 meter built in wardrobes with mirror sliding doors. The townhouse is part of a small complex of 10 townhouses, and located away from the street.

Communal living furniture, appliances (including washing machine and dishwasher) and cooking utensils are provided except for a fridge, cutlery, cooking pots, pans, and a dining table.
