The Panda's Cottage is built in the 1940's, and currently remodelled into an art-deco, Hampton Stylish home. It is a 4x bedrooms house with a "large utility room". It also has a loft opening to the skylight whereby you could get a slight glimpse of the BrisVegas city.

One of the Panda's Cottage "best feature" is the deck which has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, Pizza oven, a bar fridge and a nice backyard view of the trees and a majestic view of the moon if it is on the horizon :)

Main hub of Ashgrove is walking distance away (approx 1 km) where you will have access to all amenities such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Chemist Warehouse, Local butcher, Local fruit/veg, Dental, amazing restaurants and even a Sushi delicacy.

Ashgrove's location is only 3.5km away to Brisbane CBD. 8-10mins on a Bus or a 6-8mins drive will see you in the heart of BrisVegas giving you easy access to the Brisbane nightlife including local theatres and cinemas, Southbank etc.
It is also 5.8km from QUT University.
