Hello! We are looking for someone to replace our roommate who is moving out. Our lease ends in July 2026 so looking we are looking for someone to take over her lease and then sign on with the house for another 12 months.
You’ll be living with two friendly house mates in their late 20s working during the week. The house is pretty relaxed and tidy — we enjoy a chat in the kitchen, the occasional household dinner or watching a movie together but everyone also does their own thing. During the week it’s fairly quiet as we work standard hours, but we’re social on weekends. We keep shared spaces clean and are looking for someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and happy to help keep the house tidy. We have very relaxed cat in the house!
