2 bedrooms on the top floor of the house & 1 self contained room on the ground level of the house. Tenant in the lower level doesn't use shared facilities, except for the washing machine, dryer.

Note: Main bedroom available 5th of November OR main level of the house (includes 2 large bedroom) available on the 26th of November. Couples welcome if renting both rooms, second room is perfect for a spacious office, however singles if renting only one room. Feel free to call and discuss for further info.

Bus stop and coffee shop across the road, 5 mins drive/20 mins walk to lots of shops & restaurants. Parks are minutes away.

Hi. My names Amanda, i'm the owner but don't live at the property. I'm super chilled, friendly and have been renting this house to amazing people for the last 10 years. Tenants generally end up staying for years, so house brings good vibes!!

As you can see from the add, the rooms can be rented individually (5th of November main room/25th of November 2 bedrooms, whole top floor).

If i rent the main room out individually ($180), you will be living with Renee for 3 weeks. I will be advertising Renees room to fill it when she moves out.
Alternatively both rooms to a person or couple ($340). Call me at any stage for questions.
