The house is 5 mins from Chermside shopping centre and Aspley hypermarket, fridge, washing machine, gas hot water, 500mb NBN connection, two shared bathrooms with two toilets, lots of room for parking, back deck and a big backyard. There is also storage downstairs.

Welcome to our comfy home in Aspley.

Will be renting 1 room initially, the one listed in photos. Couple considered with additional cost.

The house is 1960s build, comfy, friendly, tidy. Welcoming with large space inside and out.

House has a fair bit of storage in downstairs area for usage, ample parking and a large yard.

We are a couple, both males (lgbt), 30s, 40s.
We will be spending 50-80% of the rest of this year overseas

There will be a small hypoallergenic dog here until June also, but whilst we are gone, he won't be here.

The whole house will be shared between the 2 people in 2 rooms we are renting out. Plenty of space, and you won't be sharing with 5 people.

Bills will be divided between people living in the home, ie split between 2 when 2 people are renting.
