The house is 5 mins from Chermside shopping centre and Aspley hypermarket, fridge, washing machine, gas hot water, 500mb NBN connection, two shared bathrooms with two toilets, lots of room for parking, back deck and a big backyard. There is also storage downstairs.
Welcome to our comfy home in Aspley.
The house is 1960s build, comfy, friendly, tidy. Welcoming with a large space inside and out.
The house has a fair bit of storage space downstairs area for usage, ample parking and a large yard.
We are a couple, both males (lgbt), 30s, 50s.
We will be spending 50-80% of the rest of this year overseas
There will be a small hypoallergenic dog here also, but whilst we are gone, he won't be here.
Bills will be divided between people living in the home, ie split between 2 when 2 people are renting.
