There are 2 rooms available in cute, clean and tidy house in Aspley.

*Room 1* is $280 per week. It is slightly larger and can comfortably fit a queen size bed.

*Room 2* at $270 per week, is slightly smaller and fits in a queen size bed.

All bills (electricity, water, household essentials and internet) included in the rent.
Bathroom has a bathub and is only shared between these 2 rooms.

Both rooms will be furnished before move-in date so you can settle in comfortably.

📍 5 minutes away from the Westfield Chermside shopping centre and the Aspley Hypermarket.
📍Hungry Jacks is few minutes walk away.
📍Bus stop located outside the complex.
📍Parking available in the building complex and off-street.
