Second bedroom with double bed and larger wardrobe, ceiling fan, 2 windows with nice outlook to the back deck, quiet back corner of the house upstairs. $275week all bills included as listed above.
Can negotiate rate if you need/want both rooms and sole use of the bathroom and upstairs lounge area. Air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans throughout. Both rooms are furnished with bed and some storage options. Beautiful large back deck with a great outlook, very private from neighbours. I also have a new puppy (labradoodle x kelpie 10months old, super adorable!) and 2 cats who are great company. Recent renovations done so there is a whole new kitchen and other updates.

Description of the home
I live in a nice renovated Queenslander in Aspley.
The house: Renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Queenslander with open plan living and a beautiful back deck, all covered in with outdoor couches and a large wooden table on the patio downstairs for entertaining, outdoor dining, studying, relaxing etc. Air conditioning in the living rooms upstairs and downstairs and fans throughout. Big newly re-landscaped back yard with some trees and palms for shade and a tropical feel, lots of bird life and I also have amazing neighbours who look after us and are great for a chat. I have free use of their pool anytime.
I have a new puppy I adopted called Walter. He’s a fluffy scruffy labradoodle x kelpie who loves EVERYTHING/ONE! And two cats, Roger and Tink. They are all very friendly so you must like animals!
Public transport is nearby with bus stops (~200m from the front door) and multiple train stations within a couple of kms (Zillmere and Geebung stations). Shops are across the road ~100-200m walk for Cole’s/chemist/medical centre/bakery/coffee shops etc.
No smokers or heavy heavy drinkers please.
