We have a room available in our lovely Queenslander on Birdwood Terrace in Auchenflower.

The house has a large back verandah, front porch, spacious living area and a modern kitchen and bathrooms. There are three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. The available room is upstairs, and shares a bathroom with one other person. The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe.

We’re a short walk from the Rosalie Village shops, cinema and Auchenflower train station. We have off-street parking and there is a bus stop directly in front of the house. Cycling into the CBD takes about 15-20 minutes along the river, and we’re within walking distance of Mount Cooth-tha Botanic Gardens and Forest Park.
