You don’t just have to rent one room but I’m easy going. What ever you feel comfortable with and whatever alines with work schedules. I have an ensuite, so you will have your own bathroom, the fridge and freezer is plenty big enough, no need for your own. If we ever get time off work I also have two motos, we could have some fun there haha!

Hi, hope you are well.
The house is located 7 minutes away from Strathpine shopping centre, Woolies, big w, food courts etc, we have public transport, restaurant’s, and fast food all close by.
A boat ramp is also a 5 minute walk followed by the local park.
The house isn’t huge but is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, we have a front area, a back area, and a huge back yard, the backyard alone is a quarter acre. I have two big tv’s and a big L shaped lounge.
I have a bbq and a three stage gym set you are welcome to use.
Now it isn’t just me living here.. you would have to share it with my two dogs (pearl and odin), and my cat (ocean)
