About occupants
I'm a professional that commutes for work and also works from home with a rescue cat looking for an employed, respectful female as a short term tenant. I spend time with family and friends and love to travel. I'm trying to spend more time reading, but get caught up in socials. I moved to Bribie recently as wanted to walk on the beach regularly and we used to come here when I was growing up for family holidays, so it has always been a special place to me.
Compatible people
Respectful, considerate, flexible (I air bnb another room in the house, so once or twice P/m other people may be in house for 1 or 2 nights), independent, quiet but friendly. Keeps common areas clean and how they found them. Regularly packs and unpacks dishwasher and takes out rubbish and wheelie bins. Is comfy with my rescue cat and careful to make sure Bailey doesn't get out. Indoor cat only and he will try and follow you out the door, at times.
Description of pets
Bailey is 7yo rescue cat I've had since he was 4mths old, and typical cat that can take or leave new people. Loves his food though, so if you feed him, especially his wet food for dinner, you'll be firm friends. He's the king of the castle, really. 😻
