Master Bedroom with ensuite for rent in a furnished 4 bedroom house . Bedroom is unfurnished . could be furnished at extra cost. Couple might be considered at an extra cost
3 Easy going male flatmates.

Not a party house.
But we also like a beer occasionally.
I do fly in fly out work and won't be home much but the other 2 flatmates will be .
Off street parking . Within walking distance to Beaudesert Township, Zarraffas, Red Rooster and I.G.A.
No garage access available. Garage will be locked. I am looking for someone who is not into working on cars or doing projects at home . We don't have the space for that and I don't want the place looking like a junk yard.
Must be house trained, keep the house clean and tidy. Not use the place as a workshop or storage yard , be respectful towards the other flatmates and neighbours.
