Description of the home

The house has 2 bedrooms and a spare room I’m turning into a library, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, living room, dinning nook and backyard with an undercover patio. Pets can be discussed as the real estate thinks I have more than I currently have. I have an ensuite in my room so the other bathroom will be mostly yours unless either of us have guests over (I won’t lie it’s a rare occurrence for me). There’s a shower and a bath in there with the toilet in a seperate room. I have a washing machine and a dryer, there’s a fridge in the kitchen and a TV and couch in the lounge room but if you have any furniture you’d like to bring I’m open to redecorating! Your room can either come with furniture (a bed and two side tables) or without, it also has an inbuilt wardrobe and a ceiling fan. 420 and smoking friendly as long as it’s outside only. I park my car in the garage but you can park either on the front lawn or there’s street parking aswell. The lease is up in September but if the next few months go well I’d love to renew for another 12months together

Bills and expenses

Bills will be split 50/50, internet is 93/monthly and electric is due every quarter and normally around $450. Haven’t had a water bill since moving in
