It is a 2 storey house and I am renting out the whole top floor which includes a furnished bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom which can be used by yourself as an office or tv room if required. You will have your own bathroom upstairs including shower and bathtub.
The kitchen will be shared, I cook a fair bit. The laundry is also downstairs in the garage which is shared, there is a 2nd fridge in the garage so you would have your own fridge if required.
