Description of the home
The property is a 3brm 2bth townhouse, in a complex. I have attached a floor plan which is not the exact townhouse, but is reflective of the layout.
I am looking for someone to take one of the spare rooms I have available, which would include your own bathroom. The room will be UNFURNISHED - the bed pictured is not included. The photos are a bit old but most things are the same, just slight changes in furniture/decor.
The room has a decent sized built-in with shelves and there is plenty of storage cupboards throughout the townhouse. Lots of light upstairs, and ducted aircon and ceiling fans in each room.
We can discuss whether this will be a sublet situation or if you want to be added to the lease. Either way there will be a bond paid.

Bills and expenses
I will pay slightly more rent because I’ll have the ensuite and garage. Bills (electricity, internet, water etc) will be split and I usually pay a weekly amount to electricity so the bill isn't huge once it comes, but that can be discussed/sorted out if that doesn't work for you.

I spend a mixed amount of time at home and out doing things; I like to read, paint, listen to music/go to gigs, gym, cook occasionally and camp or go to the beach. I enjoy having a few drinks every now and then, but this is usually out and I certainly don't have a party house.
I am clean/tidy, so I would love to have someone who respects the space and is on the same page re: levels of tidiness, upkeep of household chores etc. Also would love to find someone down for having a chat and cooking a meal together when we are up for it. I want us to both feel like we aren't coming home to strangers every day.
