Check out Student One's high ceiling 5-bedroom apartment unit located at Adelaide Street (6 mins walk to CBD), costing $249 p/w (currently $309 on website) which includes, unlimited internet, water and gas bills, swimming pool, gym, games and theatre room, bicycle rental, study rooms, bbq area, and free shuttle bus services to UQ/IES. Easy accessibility of transport services nearby. Definitely worth the price for students especially since it is located near the city!

Renting out one room from this unit, available from November 12, 2022, to March 12, 2023 (4 Months, min stay). You can opt to stay after March 12 too! Also, located on a high floor hence good city views!!

The unit includes 2 shared toilets, a kitchen, and a lounge area. Hence some peace and quiet while cooking since some of my roommates don't cook as much as I do. Currently, there are 4 students staying in this unit, all boys (Cyrus - Hong Kong, (21), Fabian - Taiwanese (18), John - Filipino, (19), James, - China (22))

Essential kitchen items are included for everyone to share but feel free to bring your own pots and pans if you like. There is ample storage to store your household goods (3 cabinets per person) and the refrigerator is spacious, providing enough space for each person.
