The building is right in the centre of the CBD, close to QUT campus, the Botanic Garden and river walks.
Plenty of dining options, bars and pubs as well as shopping.
The building offers a lap pool (25m), a plunge pool and a SPA and they are heated in winter.
There is also a sauna and a gym.
BBQ area is available for residents in the shared area near the pool.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a construction site just beside my building (the new Albert St train station). That may cause some construction noise during the day and sometimes at night. If you are in any way concerned about noise please let me know.

About the occupants
I have been living overseas for the last 2 years and returning to Brisbane to spend some time with my children.
During my 3 months stay in Brisbane I may have the occasional visit and potentially a sleep over of one of my kids but most of the times it will just be me in the unit.
I have been sharing my place in the last few years with many guests (Airbnb) so I am completely relaxed with doing it again for a slightly longer period (up to 3 months).
I use the electronic sigarette (although trying to quit it) so I may vape in the shared areas.

I am easy going and accommodating but obviously I would appreciate, as you most probably do, to live in a place that is nice, clean and tidy, although I am not obsessed in any way with those things.
Apart from the occasional beer or glass of wine I am not too much into alcohol so if you like to "get pissed" every weekend this place is probably not for you.
I am open to any age group, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, but please keep in mind I am of Italian origin and therefore I may cook pork occasionally.
Please keep in mind the whole building is strictly "no smoking" although vaping would be completely ok for me.
Car park for 1 car inside the building is available on request but that may generate an additional cost per week ($50). Happy to negotiate this though.
