Description of the home

Hi, welcome to my penthouse apartment in Brisbane CBD! We have great views with the sunset each night, a pool and a small gym.

I'm looking for a french speaking couple to share my place with. I am a student of french and it would be nice to be able to practice french at home. I have friends coming to stay after 25 August, so this is just a short stay for you.

I am ideally looking for flatmates in their late 20s and older who are house trained, clean and tidy.

There are two bedrooms in my apartment. You have your own bathroom. The glass is new. Please keep it clean :)

During the week I work from home and also in the office or at a café. In the evening and weekends I go to the gym, study and often go to the goldcoast to visit family. I am visiting Europe soon, so you will have the apartment to yourself for a couple of weeks.

Bills are included. You just need to buy your own cleaning products, and buy toilet paper and dishwasher tablets when they run out, and your own food.

We will clean the apartment once per week to keep it fresh.

Please keep noise to a minimum on the balcony and in the kitchen after 10pm so you don't disturb the neighbours. They are able to complain to the buidling manager about noise. If you smoke on the balcony, please use the ash tray. Be aware that the neighbours can complain about the smoking too, so try to be discrete.
