Near Drakes IGA, Big Fish Coles, Bunnings, 10 mins drive to Caboolture train station.

I am currently trying to find suitable bedroom furniture to put in the room, if I cannot, the room will be rented unfinished. The carpet was steam cleaned one month ago. It has always been my spare room for two years no one has lived in it.

Internet is not connected to the home, I use my personal dongle to watch my smart TV. I have a washing machine, but no dryer. There is a new laundromat two mins away where I plan to use the dryers in Winter.

About the occupants
I rent the 2 bedroom duplex, it was built in 10 years ago. I work 8hrs -14 hrs week, cannot manage much more as I have many health issues.

There is a good size yard out the back where I like to chill out with the cats 🐈 in their cat enclosure, I am usually in it, while they wander free.

I volunteer for Orange Sky Laundry on every second Saturday Night. I work as a Personal Support Worker, I have a little Weber BBQ in the little Alfresco area outside so the cooking outside is a must some nights.

Description of pets
Two cats, one is 14 (female), the other 11 (male). Duplex really not big . So Council/Real Estate would not permit another cat in the house.
