Hi there, a single room is available for rent in a town house on Benhiam Street Street Calamvale.

The area is quiet and secure in Calamvale / Sunnybank Hills. It’s only 3min drive to Calamvale and Sunnybank Hills shopping centres. Walking distance to multiple bus stops: 115，138，140，141，150，151，153，154，155.

The room is equipped with a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe, a study desk and a chair will be provided . Rent covers water, electricity and unlimited broadband internet usage, unless there’s unnecessary wastage with electricity or water. The room is suitable for one person only, no overnight visitors sorry.

We welcome males or females (single only). You need to be clean and know how to live with others.

The house is , very clean . It is very much taken care of, so I’m looking for similar minded, mature, clean housemates who are respectful and considerate.
