The neighbourhood is peaceful and pretty, the residents are considerate and quiet. There are many parks within close walking distance.
The house is furnished with artwork.
The owner has a small peaceful dog, and will be getting a new puppy soon too. The dogs are quiet, clean and well trained, the new puppy will be attending puppy training school. The dogs are allowed inside the house, but spend most of their time outside in the tropical gardens, or swimming in the pool on a hot day.
The owner is a teetotaller, and won’t appreciate alcohol or drugs on the property. Of course if you want to host a gathering, just give him a little notice to give you space to have your friendly gathering.
No pets please.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but is permitted outside with windows and doors closed to prevent the odour entering the house.
This property is ideal for students due to nearby universities, or anyone who chooses a clean living lifestyle. It’s also ideal for those with poor mobility, as it is a lowset house with 100mm high entry step to all external doorways.
The owner respects your privacy, and wants everyone to feel comfortable, and for you to treat the house as your own. You are welcome to hang art on your bedroom walls for example, and he can assist if you want.

Bills are divided equally between all house members. Please do not run air conditioners if you are not present in the room. The property is equipped with a large solar panel system, and LED lighting. keeping the electrical bills low.
