Female Vegan / Vegetarian Housemate Wanted – Large Sunny Room + Private Bathroom ($320/week + bills)

I'm helping my housemates look for a vegan or vegetarian housemate to take over my lease in a peaceful 3-bedroom townhouse in Calamvale. The lease ends in October 2026. You can move in ASAP as soon as your application is accepted by the real estate.

You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom (with bathtub), plus access to shared living spaces including the kitchen, lounge room, courtyard, and outdoor kitchen.

• $320 per week + bills (water, electricity, gas)
• Large private unfurnished bedroom

• Bedroom gets direct morning sunlight and is always bright

• Inside kitchen is vegan only
• Vegetarians are welcome, but any cooking with animal products must be done in the outdoor kitchen
