Hi, I am looking for some new roomies for a three bedroom town house in Camp Hill. Both rooms are fully furnished and have bed, bed table and lamp, desk with chair, ceiling fan, air-con and wardrobe. Very similar but one room is a tiny bit bigger. Could suit uni, international student, mature aged student, expats or someone moving for work. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. Downstairs is furnished and a space for everyone including kitchen, dinning, lounge and a cute little back patio to sit outside.

Quick walk to bus stop on Old Cleveland Road (20min to city/QUT Gardens Point, 10min to Westfield Carindale), 5min drive/ 10 min walk to Coorparoo Square (Groceries, restaurant, movie theatre). I currently walk and catch-public transport everywhere and have had no problem getting around.

Bills and unlimited internet included (as long as reasonable/normal usage).

Looking for people interested in long term if possible - preferably 6 months to a year or more or shorter stays okay for furnished room (people interested in long term stays will be prioritised). Must be okay with indoor cats. Cat lovers welcome!

Would NOT be suitable for people with a lot of personal items/furniture may be able to work out some things for on a case by case basis but not much room for storage outside the room you are renting.

Indoor adopted rescue cats named Ritchie and Akasha, may be a little shy at first but warms up to people over time - especially if you give him a treat. I do my best to keep downstairs space vaccumed (kitty litter is kept in garage and cleaned regularly).
