Hi, I am looking for some new roomies for a three bedroom town house in Camp Hill. There is one furnished room and one unfurnished room on offer. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. Downstairs is furnished and a space for everyone including kitchen, dinning, lounge and a cute little back patio to sit outside. Air-con downstairs only.

Quick walk to bus stop on Old Cleveland Road (20min to city/QUT Gardens Point, 10min to Westfield Carindale), 5min drive/ 10 min walk to Coorparoo Square (Groceries, restaurant, movie theatre). I currently walk and catch-public transport everywhere and have had no problem getting around.

Bills and unlimited internet included (as long as reasonable/normal usage).

Indoor adopted rescue cat named Ritchie, may be a little shy at first but warms up to people over time - especially if you give him a treat. I do my best to keep downstairs space vaccumed (kitty litter is kept in garage and cleaned regularly).
