Trying to fill in two bedrooms of a 3 bedroom house, one bed and one set of drawers is available if you need furnishings. The house contains: A separate bathroom and toilet, a separate lounge and dining room. The local small shops are about 5 minutes walk and its about 5 minutes drive from carindale shopping centre. The house has a large backyard, with a small garage and off street parking. I have two cats, so being pet friendly is a must. But we cannot take more pets unfortunately. Rent is including electricity, water, and internet. Four weeks bond is required to move in. There is also some storage available at the premises.
