This house is situated in the quiet suburbs of Capalaba - Only 10min away from the beach and 30min from the CBD. Private backyard, bedroom has its own ensuite and all the rooms have ducted air con. I do own an infared sauna that’s inside and can be used. Plenty of parking in the driveway to park your car - the carpark can fit two cars, but it’s very tight.. more so reserved for 2 cars if we ever get hail.
