You will have downstairs to yourself with the exception of the laundry that is in that space. You also have the main bathroom with a bathtub as I have the ensuite upstairs.
There is no kitchen downstairs.
There is a wall mounted slot for a microwave above the laundry and previous tenants have used the laundry cupboard space and stainless steel benchtop to create a kitchenette. I can provide an airfryer and electric wok also.
It is quite a modern townhouse, tiled throughout. A decent size back deck and courtyard.
You may have sole use of the garage if you wish.

I am a single mum with a 6 year old daughter who occupies the upstairs portion of the house.
The Tennant currently living downstairs will not be renewing when this lease ends on the 8th July and I would like to find someone to join the lease with me for another year (or more).
Will happily be friends with the right person however respect if you'd rather not interact. I have my daughter and dog 50/50 custody so half the time it's just me here.
