Room for Rent in Spacious Carindale Home – Close to Westfield Shopping Centre
Hey new roomie! My partner and I are looking for clean and tidy roommates to join us in our large 3-bedroom house in Carindale. 2 Rooms are available from August 23rd, and the lease runs until January 2026 with an option to extend.

About the House:
Location: Quiet neighbourhood, just down the road from Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre, public transport, and a short drive to the highway.
Shared spaces: Kitchen, dining and washing are household shared.
You’ll share a living room, bathroom and extra room (for study or hobbies) with one other person. (Please note bedrooms and living rooms are unfinished)
Private room with door lock.
House: Large 1-story home with a spacious backyard.
Parking: 2 undercover car spots and 2 driveway spots available.

About You:
Clean & Tidy: We like to keep the house neat, so we’re looking for someone who is equally clean and considerate of shared spaces. (We have inspections from time to time as well from the real estate).
Uni Student Preferred: We think a university student would be a good fit as we are uni students ourselves! We’d prefer a female roommate but open to all x
Social but Respectful: We’re friendly and enjoy socializing but also appreciate a calm environment, especially when it comes to study time or quiet evenings.

House Rules:
No smoking on the property (indoors or outdoors).
No pets, sorry.

Additional notes: The place has new aircon units installed in every room (ignore the photos with the older units).
Rent and bills are split evenly between everyone.
