Description of the home

Hey! We have 1 room available for rent in our modern, 4 bedroom townhouse. We are looking for a 3rd house mate, who is happy doing their own thing but also enjoys the odd dinner or house activity together (no 4th housemate! We use the extra room as a storage/office space).

The available room is downstairs and has a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The room shares the downstairs bathroom with 1 other housemate (Sam). There is also a lock up garage with space for extra storage if you need.

The kitchen, living and dining area is upstairs with sliding doors out to the spacious balcony. We’ve got a BBQ outside too that anyone is welcome to use.

We’ve lived here for a bit now so the house is fully furnished (apart from the bedroom), but we can definitely chat about any furniture or appliances you might have to bring in.

Being a complex of townhouses, parking outside the house is limited but there are visitor spots just a few houses down within the complex and there is always parks available just out of the driveway so we never have any issues with parking which is ideal.

The house is close to bus stops (850m away) and the Carseldine train station (about 1.5kms away). Plus, Woolworths and plenty of takeaways/restaurants are just down the road.

We split the bills evenly between all housemates (electricity, gas and water), with unlimited internet included in the rent.
