About the occupants
I self manage this investment property and am looking for someone to move in with the current awesome housemate. He is the only person you would be sharing with - he’s an Aussie male (non-smoker) in his early 40s who is full time employed in IT and does volunteer work a few times a week. An easy going guy who loves a laugh, a few drinks from time to time and a great comedy TV series. I lived with him for three years at this place and five years at a previous property so I can definitely vouch for the fact that he’s a great house mate!

Looking for someone employed and/or studying who is friendly, respectful and clean. Would love someone who is happy to have a chat and share a drink occasionally but also happy to have their own time. Also looking for someone who has respect for the property and it’s contents and will keep the shared areas clean.
