Description of the home
Workers cottage with enclosed front verandah, one very large bathroom w shower, one private toilet w vanity basin and mirror and linen cuoboard. This is opp the available bedroom exclusively for this room. I use a second toilet on the back landing.
Kitchen has elec oven and gas cooktop. Newish Haier fridge, microwave plus i have lots of cooking appliances. Espresso machine and grinder. Washing machine ok but not that modern.

Have to enjoy pets, both my ginger tabby 14yo and my 34month fem malinois friendly and both house trained.
Fairly open to most types but disruptive habits not tolerated.
I expect all shared spaces to be kept clean and tidy for other occupants.
Maybe the quieter type more suitable. Im well travelled lived overseas and a good communicator.
While i respect people who value and care for their pets, as much as id like to offer taking someone with a pet, a recent bad experience where my cat was constantly stalked and harassed by a dog proved the cat was not having any one sharing his space. Other pets maybe workable. Got 0.8 acre to utilise.
