Room available from late March/April in Chelmer
The house is a raised Queenslander with an outdoor pool table, basketball hoop & large lawn with 2 undercover parking spots & lots of street parking. The rent is the cheapest you’ll find at $204 a week. Bills on top of that include our gardener who mows our lawns every 4 weeks ($35 each) electricity/wifi monthly, & getting the hedges trimmed every few months (included on our lease)!
The location is perfect really close to Chelmer station & only 15 minute train ride into Brisbane CBD. Lots of cafes and restaurants are walking distance & indooropilly mall is a 7 minute drive! It’s also really close to the river loop which is perfect for walking/jogging/cycling on. There is no aircon in the room which is not for everyone however there’s a ceiling fan and aircon in the neighbouring bedroom, and aircon in the main lounge. Shared bathroom with one other female.

The two housemates are the loveliest people you’ll ever meet!! Amy (27) is from Brisbane, works in speech & language pathology & loves spending time with her friends/family, salsa dancing, playing volleyball, and camping! Hannah (25) is originally from NZ, works as a hotel manager & loves trivia, spending time with friends & exploring Brisbane!!
