I will require a rental reference pls and proof of age. I am looking for a homestay person who is honest, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, mature and responsible. No vaping is allowed, or appliances, e.g. computer, TV, light, fan or similar; cannot be left on all night! Being mindful to not overload the washing machine, overstock fridge or allowing stale food to gather, or rough misuse of any white goods and shared appliances.
