You can rent BOTH rooms - Room 1 and 2 - this is perfect for people who work from home or need a separate office space or studio (currently what arrangement I have) 420 p/w if you would like both

The house is an older-style home with lots of character and space. The bathroom is shared, with an extra toilet which makes things easy. There’s a large backyard that’s great for relaxing or doing your own thing outside. The appliances are on the older side, but the kitchen stove and oven are genuinely great if you enjoy cooking.

We are also located right near Chermside shops

My dog stays outside during the day and is very settled with that. On stormy nights or if I’m working from home, she’ll usually stay in my room.
