About occupants
We are looking for a new housemate, who is clean, tidy, and respectful. Living with 2 other people between 19-23. There is 1 bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom share house. Your Room will be on the second floor with the ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning, including queen bed, bed side tables and lamp, Lots of space for storage. Study desk also inside, we can take it out if you require.

You would be sharing with a brother and sister (Male 24 and female 19) who are very respectful and clean up after themselves.

This is not a party house, Occasional social drinking, BBQ and pool table is available to use.
