We are walking distance to pharmacy, GP, Harris Markets, Domino’s, Cold Rock, BWS, beauty salon etc not to mention Nundah Village-Woolies, sushi, newsagent, nail salon and barber etc. Eagle Junction
and Toombul train stations are walking distance and there are multiple bus stops. It’s a very short drive to DFO, airport and feeder highways to GC and SSC and also to Racecourse Road precinct.

The room itself fits a Queen Bed (not furnished with one), but I can get it needed. The main bathroom is all yours as I have an ensuite.

It’s a nice quiet unit block with no cranky neighbours lol

I am looking for a new roommate to occupy the 2nd bedroom in my rental in Clayfield. The unit itself is not huge but the undercover outdoor balcony makes up for it.

About me - FT employed and into health and fitness and all things girly..enjoys social outings, restaurants, movies but also enjoy peace and quiet when relaxing at home and hoping to find these attributes in someone else.
