Currently looking for a flatmate for quiet apartment in Clayfield, sharing with one guy (that’s me) and his cat (who did not contribute to writing this ad, but he’s cute, so I’m letting that slide). You can scroll down for a bit more info about me, but for now, the technical specs:
The apartment: 2 bedroom apartment with big open-plan living/dining room and sunroom. On the first floor of a quiet block of 5 units, so there is a set of outdoor stairs. Big windows, lots of light (great for indoor plants!), renovated bathroom and well-supplied kitchen with lots of bench space, gas stove and nice big fridge. Bathroom is shared with one other (that’s me) and laundry appliances are in the bathroom, with a shared washing line for the apartment block if you prefer air-drying. The living room also has air con!
Walking distance to Toombul shops, fruit & veg shop, corner store, KFC and various restaurants as well as train stations and bus stops right at the end of the street.

I'm quiet, nerdy (into Pokemon and sci-fi but not much of a gamer!) and keep to myself a lot, so no pressure to hang out and be social - but overall I'm pretty chill, easy-going and respectful. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker.
My fiancé currently lives in the US, so he’s here maybe a week or two per year if he has the chance to visit.
