Welcome to our home!
This is a sweet home by the water in Clontarf. it is a four bed home with 2 Sun rooms and open plan living /dining areas. So it has plenty of space. The home is fully furnished other than the room that is available, but there is an option of it being furnished at an additional cost. We also have a 2nd room available (unfurnished). You will be living with my Ben as well as his dog lulu, as I am moving from the home.
I have recently renovated the home with new flooring, fresh paint and new gardens.
The house has a large storage area underneath. As well as a very big Sunny backyard perfect for a lazy Sunday in the sun or to sit around the fire pit.
With All the space you are welcome to set up a study or office area. The room has a built in wardrobe.
The house is walking distance to takeaway shops, cafes, and grocery stores. It’s three houses down from the water front and park area. And you can walk around to the wonderful Belvedere pub!

We are Ben and Emma, we are a brother and sister living in the home we own. We also share the home with the beautiful lulu (Ben's dog). I (Emma), has moved from the home, due to work.
Ben is new to Queensland, having recently moved from New castle. He works as an Golf club fitter. In his down time he enjoys golfing or gaming or spending time with lulu walking along the water here!
