This is a spacious, modern duplex/semi-detached home with a fantastic, private layout perfect for sharing.
You will essentially have your own dedicated wing at the front of the house! This includes two full bedrooms, both with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes, plus exclusive use of the main bathroom with bathtub and space to park your car in the driveway.
I occupy the master bedroom at the back of the house off of the open plan living area which is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, electric oven, and ceramic stovetop.
I am completely happy to handle all the garden and outdoor maintenance myself, so you can just relax and enjoy the space, but if it's the kind of thing you enjoy then you're welcome to help out!

We have a peaceful daily routine and love a relaxed home environment. I am independently funded with a guaranteed long-term pension, so while I'm home a fair bit, I'm also a member of several local clubs that I spend a lot of time at.
At home you'll usually find me cooking, gardening, playing with my dog or working on various creative projects, at the moment my focus is on jewellery making and woodworking.
I value a clean and tidy home and definitely take pride in keeping the place looking good, but I'm super relaxed about it, no house rules or cleaning schedules here, just shared responsibility and mutual respect.
I’m easygoing, kind, and up for the occasional chat or shared meal, but I mostly tend to keep to myself. I’m an ex smoker myself and don’t mind at all if a flatmate smokes, provided it’s strictly kept outside.
