A spacious, modern room is available in my warm and welcoming home — perfect for someone who enjoys comfort, calm, and a homely place to unwind. The house has fully ducted reverse‑cycle air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated office space, and a far infrared sauna for those relaxing wellness moments.The home is in a quiet area directly across from a park, with a bus stop just 300 metres away for easy transport.
Everyday essentials are close by, with Woolworths, McDonald’s, Guzman y Gomez, and 7‑Eleven only 600 metres from the house.You’ll be sharing the home with three people: myself, my adult daughter, and an older gentleman who is friendly and easy‑going. We also have two little dogs — a Pomeranian and a Spoodle — so being a genuine dog lover is essential. Shared areas are kept clean, calm, and respectful, and the overall atmosphere of the home is cosy, friendly, and inviting.
This room is ideal for someone who wants a peaceful, homely environment where they can feel settled and comfortable.

None of us drink or smoke, and we prefer someone who is also a non‑smoker. Being a dog lover is essential, as my two little dogs — a Pomeranian and a Spoodle — are a big part of our lives and bring a lot of joy to the home.
