A three minute walk form coopers plains station, it's a clean good sized house with good storage, parking out the front and a front and back porch, there is a large shed in the back that is used by a company so that and the drive way are inaccessible for use but it doesn't have an effect on the quality of living, except its a no pets allowed. The rent is $500 so $250 plus bills or we can come to an agreement on a price that includes bills.
