Great spot in Coorparoo, close to pretty much everything you need. It’s only around 10–15 minutes to the CBD, with Coorparoo Square, shops, cafes, takeaway spots, gyms and parks all nearby. There’s easy access to buses and public transport, and getting onto the main roads is nice and easy too. Quiet area but still close enough to the city to make getting around really convenient.

I work full-time in real estate, generally 8–5 (and often a bit more). Despite the occupation, I promise I’m not your stereotypical real estate agent - no teeth whitener, leased European car or unnecessary LinkedIn motivational posts. I’m pretty genuine and down-to-earth. I’m social and outgoing, but at home I’m a quiet and respectful housemate and like having a relaxed place to come home to. Most of my week is taken up by work and the gym, but outside of that I’m usually catching up with mates, at the pub or planning my next ski trip.
