This three bedroom townhouse is in Dakabin (suburb next to North Lakes), down a quiet street surrounded by parkland and very close (walking distance) to a shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket, Jetts gym, restaurants, the new Dakabin Hotel and a short drive from North Lakes. 1.5km from Costco, and 3.4km from Westfield.
The house has airconditioning and ceiling fans in each room, a backyard with a patio and we’ll also have a spare room/home office/study.

Hi, I’m Ben and my housemate is leaving me to go live with her boyfriend. I’m 36, I’m gay and I work part time as international cabin crew - literally FIFO 🤣. I’m also studying a law degree and so one of the three bedrooms will be used for a home office/study/spare room. I try to get to the gym a few times a week and catch up with friends when I can. I’m a vegetarian but don’t let that stop you from eating whatever you like.
